Patrick Industries, Inc. completed its previously announced acquisition by merger of Arizona-based Rockford Corp. and the Rockford Fosgate brand.
Rockford designs and distributes premier, high-performance audio systems and components, primarily serving the powersports, marine and automotive markets and aftermarkets.
