Patrick Industries appointed Andy Roeder as the company’s new executive vice president-finance, chief financial officer (CFO) and treasurer, effective March 5.
Roeder will replace Matt Filer, who served as interim CFO since May.
The CFO role includes leading finance functions, focusing on operation improvements and data insights to further business results. Filer will become Patrick’s corporate controller, supporting Roeder. Filer also will return to his previous role of senior vice president- finance.
Patrick CEO Andy Nemeth said he was eager for Roeder’s addition to the team.
“Andy brings a wealth of experience with him to lead the company’s finance function,” Nemeth said, “as we pursue our strategic vision within the Outdoor Enthusiast and Housing markets we serve.”
Nemeth said Roeder’s skill set, experience and knowledge will provide a solid financial foundation as the supplier’s market growth continues.
Roeder said, “I am thrilled to be joining Patrick as I take the next step in my career and look forward to contributing to the company and its leadership team as we strive together to become the supplier of choice to the outdoor enthusiast and housing markets.”
Before joining Patrick, Roeder served as Polaris Boats’ CFO since 2018. He was Bennington Marine’s CFO from 2016-2018 and the director of financial planning and analysis for Bennington from 2014 to 2015. Roeder began his career with Ernst & Young in 2000.
