Pennsylvania Association Promotes F&I Webinar Series

Finance deal, insurance deal

The Pennsylvania Recreational Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA) has partnered with Protective Asset Protection, a division of Protective Life Corp., to provide free tuition for a four-session webinar covering a range of financial and insurance topics.

The sessions are scheduled from 10-11:30 a.m. March 7-10 and will be led by Paul Sheldon, regional vice president at Protective.

Registration is available online at prvca.org/f-i-with-paul-sheldon-of-protective and is free for PRVCA members, and $100 for non-members. Membership questions can be directed to [email protected].

The webinar is broken down into four sessions, with four themes.

Session one will focus on what customers value today, including a rundown of the five buying decisions, a discussion on servicing versus selling, six buying moves and three steps to financing and insurance success.

Session two is set to help attendees with the four responsibilities of financing and insurance, leveraging the “bell-curve” for professional success, best practices of an finance and insurance model review and process psychology. This session will cover information gathering, customer interviews and meet-and-greet techniques.

Session three will feature a best practice finance and insurance department model review, tips for completing non-financial documentation, how to introduce a menu of options and how to navigate the menu for optimum success.

Session four will focus on helping sales members de-escalate conversations, address objections and concerns and help understand why some customers say no.
