Biography
Debbie Druien started Minder Research with her husband Chuck Fleischer in 2001, coming from a background in the automotive industry. She started her career in sales in 1991 at Winter International. A few years later, one of her buyers recommended her to STP (First Brands), who hired her. The same thing happened again with another friend and California Scents.
In 2002, Druien started manufacturer representative agency DLD Marketing Concepts, where she met Charles Fleischer. Druien helped Fleischer, who would become her husband, expand his Canadian company Minder Research into the U.S. market. She would later close her company and start selling just for Minder Research. When Valterra bought Minder in 2017, the couple stayed on as consultants until 2020.
