Biography
Jerry McCarthy was Grand Design RV’s first hire. His job is to improve dealer and consumer repair experiences. Before Grand Design RV made its first RV, McCarthy created the company’s warranty manuals, policies and infrastructure. More recently, he’s been in charge of automating Grand Design RV’s parts inventory system.
McCarthy came from the automotive industry, where the prevalence of parts distribution centers inspired him to create a similar offering in the RV industry. In 2016, NTP-Stag President Bill Rogers was visiting Grand Design as McCarthy was researching delivery solutions, and the two decided to partner their companies.
