Lance Wilson

Wilson’s career started in the RV industry in 1971 at Foss RV Sales, a Florida-based dealership, and RV storage facility. In 1993 he became director of FRVTA in 1993.

Wilson oversees the entire FRVTA staff and works closely with the association’s Government Affairs Committee and the FRVTA Legislative Consultant in Tallahassee. He is the staff contact for the Administration, Executive and Education Committees.

He represents the FRVTA in a number of national organizations, has served on the Board of the Tampa/Hillsborough Convention and Visitors Association and currently serves on the “Go RVing” Committee.

Wilson was inducted into the RV/MH Hall of Fame in 2019. He announced plans to retire in June, 2020.
