Nathalie Zaroor

As a new mother in Mar. 2021, Nathalie Zaroor took time off during maternity leave for the first time in her 13 years at Advantage PressurePro.

Zaroor started at the family tire performance management solutions company in 2007, working accounting and customer service while still in school. Zaroor and her sister Vanessa were the first two of the six Zaroor children to work at Advantage PressurePro with their parents, who founded the company.

After graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas in 2011 with a marketing degree, Zaroor started as Advantage PressurePro’s recreational accounts manager. A position she still has today, Zaroor’s job focuses on RV and marine market sales, especially those involving towables.

As Advantage PressurePro began an era of tripling its worldwide reach around 2013, additional salespeople were hired, including three more Zaroor family members. Only one of the six siblings, four of whom are twins, does not work at the Harrisonville, Missouri, office.

“After our dad died in 2016, that is when everything changed,” Zaroor said. “All the siblings banded together to see if we would make it or break it.” Zaroor said her family’s resilience during this period is what she is most proud of. Today, the family business continues passing sales goals.
