Biography
In 1986, Wayne Kaylor founded TriStar Distributing to provide TVs, stereos and speakers to RV manufacturers, the manufactured housing industry, and commercial trucking and limousine manufacturers. He sold his company in 1999 for it to become a division of Patrick Industries, Inc.
By the time he started serving as president and CEO at Global Purchasing Solutions in 2004, Kaylor had gained contacts in China, Korea and Taiwan. He expanded those when he and James L. Conway founded Way Interglobal in 2009 and started getting into product development, rather than distribution. Now, Way Interglobal has more than a dozen employees working in Dongguan City, China, on manufacturing, research and development. Kaylor serves as CEO for Way Interglobal Network, LLC.
