Easy Access Industrial Design Inc., a mobile maintenance solution supplier, is expanding its supply capabilities to line manufacturing systems for manufactured homes.
The company delivered its first four systems to an RV manufacturer in August 2021. Easy Access fabricated quick set up length and height adjustable aluminum wraparound systems for RVs from 20 to 27 feet long.
Most recently, the company helped a manufactured home plant with its own designs. Easy Access replaced a 67-foot-long steel walkway and track manufacturing lines.
Production lines of 30-inch or 40-inch widths can rolled into and out in 7-foot to 30-foot connectable sections. Height access varies from 3 feet to more than 12 feet.
Easy Access’ systems do not require overhead engineered beams and harness tie offs. All systems have OSHA compliant handrail systems.
