As RV dealers order parts to provide repair services and aftermarket selections, a new integration can assist their ordering process. RV Partfinder and Lightspeed partnered to deliver this new integration.
RV Partfinder is a website that locates RV parts at various distributor warehouses. Dealers can view part pricing and availability at multiple distributors on a single screen.
The integration linked the platform with Lightspeed’s dealer management system (DMS).

Dealers using RV Partfinder can transfer selected parts to Lightspeed, where the products can be ordered. The integration will reduce manual data entry.
According to Utterback, the solution will promote efficiency, reduce overhead costs and improve the customer experience.
