Winnebago honored Minnesota-based PleasureLand RV Centers. The dealership received Winnebago’s Flying W Dealer Excellence Award.
The award recognizes dealers in areas of service and customer satisfaction. Winnebago conducts surveys from new RV owners who had a warranty repair from September 2022 to August 2023.
PleasureLand RV Center’s stores in St. Cloud, Ramsey and Brainerd, Minnesota, earned the achievement.
Niles Whitehouse, Winnebago motorized division vice president of sales and service, said, “PleasureLand RV has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to service, providing trusted expertise and support so owners can more fully enjoy their RVs and outdoor experiences.”
PleasureLand has won the Winnebago customer satisfaction award for 31 consecutive years. The dealer received the Circle of Excellence Award in past years.
To honor the achievement, dealers will display a Flying W banner, a certificate and decals. Winnebago includes recipients in an online dealer locator for 12 months. The site offers customers online shopping tools.
