A solvent based rubber copolymer coating specially formulated to provide a tough, long lasting, water resistant seal that remains flexible. Due to its solvent base it will set up in 30-60 minutes, eliminating the dangers of a wash off due to a sudden rain. May be applied over galvanized metal, aluminum and asphaltic coatings. May be applied by paint roller or paint brush. Coverage is 200-300 sq. ft. per gallon.
