PRVCA is hosting a handful of training sessions within the first two months of 2022, including two sessions featuring Lippert products.

Other sessions range from new regulatory compliance measures to RV electrical system complexities. Each will be led by a PRVCA member expert.

On Jan. 25, Dan Sacha, Lippert instructor, will be at the Best Western Plus Wilkes Barre-Scranton Airport Hotel from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for RV technician training. Members can attend the event for free, and lunch is included. Non-members are offered the training for $75.

Another training session, also hosted by Sacha, is scheduled for Jan. 27 at the Hampton Inn Meadville, also from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The sessions will combine PowerPoint presentations with hands-on training. Sacha will discuss four main topics:

  • Power Gear SlimRack slide outs, specifically an overview of Lippert’s in-wall slide out systems, ranging from replaceable parts to how components work together to order, operation and troubleshooting.
  • Level Up, a one-touch automatic hydraulic leveling system with lightweight aluminum jacks for towables. Sacha will discuss replacement parts, component operation and troubleshooting.
  • Axles and suspensions, specifically relating to how Lippert’s solutions for these matters are installed, adjusted and troubleshooting for the products.
  • Solera awnings. Sacha will cover Lippert’s power and manual Solera awnings, including the product installation, adjustments and troubleshooting.

Printed materials will be provided to attendees for each subject. Registration is available through the PRVCA website, prvca.org/2022-lippert-rv-technician-training.
