The Mike Molino RV Learning Center and the Pennsylvania RV & Camping (PRVCA) will provide PRVCA members with online fixed operations training for RV dealership personnel.

Through this partnership, PRVCA members have access to RV Learning Center online training courses for service writers/advisors, parts specialists and parts managers. PRVCA members can register for the training on the Education and Training section of prvca.org by signing in with their username and password. Members must register through PRVCA to gain training access.

“We are pleased to partner with RVDA’s Mike Molino RV Learning Center to offer this high-quality training to our members,” said James Lubomski, PRVCA education director. “Quality educational programs are vital to help our members train their staff and provide the best service to their customers.”

The courses offer new service and parts fixed operations professionals the opportunity to gain skills and experience, the associations said. More experienced employees will benefit from core principle reminders.

“Top-performing service and parts departments create confident and loyal customers,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said. “These online courses offer the best and brightest ideas from RV industry fixed operations experts.”

Course materials are structured around the comprehensive job and task analyses developed by The Ohio State University’s Center on Education and Training for Employment, in conjunction with RV industry subject matter experts organized by the RV Learning Center.
