Safe Fleet, the parent company of RV backup camera supplier Rear View Safety, has been acquired.
Clarience Technologies, the parent company of Pressure Systems International among others, bought Safe Fleet on Thursday.

Safe Fleet owns 23 brands serving industries including RV, bus and rail, commercial truck and law enforcement. The brands supply safety equipment including collision avoidance, temperature control and firefighting equipment.

With the acquisition, Clarience Technologies’ total workforce increases to over 4,000 employees at nearly 50 locations worldwide. Among Clarience Technologies’ companies is Pressure System International, owner of Truck System Technologies’ RV tire pressure monitoring system products. Other Clarience companies include Truck-Lite, ECCO, Code 3, Davco, Road Ready, Fleetilla, LED Autolamps, Rigid Industries and Lumitec.
