RecNation Storage has closed on another piece of Florida property, this time in Fruitland Park, giving the company a half-dozen locations in Orlando.
RecNation is an RV and boat storage company offering consignment sales through its licensed RV dealership and RV rentals through an online platform.
The new investment is ideally situated near The Villages, a rapidly growing retirement community. The Villages, which covers 32 square miles across 17 developments, is home to over 150,000 residents.
RecNation’s latest announcement reinforces its dedication to addressing recreational enthusiasts’ needs, according to the company.
Gary Wojtaszek, CEO of RecNation, said he was excited about the deal for his business.
“This facility provides a convenient location for countless individuals across the country who flock to The Villages each fall as the northern climates grow colder,” he said.
While stretching almost 20 acres, the acquisition offers a vast amount of space for storing boats and RVs. Washdown areas, on-site dump stations, RV repair workshops and air compressors will be among the facility’s features.
