REDARC announced three new additions to its North American sales team, whose roles will lead the company’s business development and customer relations activities in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Jason Groom is REDARC’s new North American sales director. Based in California, Groom comes from a career in the heavy truck and automotive aftermarket industries. He brings a combination of sales leadership experience, formal education, account management and business development experience to the team, REDARC stated.

Overseeing the company’s business development activities is Erich Ross, who will join the team as regional sales manager for eastern U.S. Ross is based in South Carolina and spent eight years in regional and territory sales management roles with one of North America’s leading wholesale distributors, bringing the company a wealth of automotive aftermarket experience, REDARC stated.

Ryan Thurston also joins in the role of regional sales manager. Based in Washington, Thurston will manage REDARC’s business development activities in the western U.S. and Canadian states and provinces. The company notes his strong technical knowledge relating to electrical solutions following his previous role as territory sales manager for a global supplier and manufacturer of heavy truck parts.

The trio will be liaising with new customers, strengthening existing customer relationships and working with distribution partners to provide product training and technical support, REDARC stated.

“We’re excited to introduce our new North American sales team,” stated Craig Herriot, REDARC general manager of international sales. “REDARC is globally renowned for its ‘customer is king’ ethos and we’re delighted to welcome Jason, Erich and Ryan to bring this to life in North America. Their experience and firsthand knowledge of our targeted markets will further strengthen the close ties we have with our existing customers and help us develop new customer relationships to advance REDARC’s international success.”
