A deadline extension for registration to Sobel University’s virtual Comprehensive Sales Course ends Jan. 25.
The university extended the deadline initially due to dealer demand caused by market shifts and the need for RV specific show selling skills. The course is scheduled for Jan. 31-Feb. 4.
Kyla Carter, Sobel University’s dean of students, said many dealerships prefer the interactivity of in-person courses, but others prefer to use a virtual mode.
“For salespeople with travel concerns or restrictions,” Carter said, “this course offers an inclusive way to experience the Comprehensive Sales Course from the comfort of their home or dealership. As an added bonus, dealers are able to save money by removing travel expenses.”
The course is a virtual boot camp for new and experienced salespeople and managers. Students can expect a challenging eight hours of classroom instruction with homework every night and exams every day. Students are put into role-playing situations which help sharpen their skills. Dealers have reported a drastic increase in sales volume upon their staff’s successful completion of this class.
