RVDA recently announced best-selling author Ryan Estis will deliver the keynote address during the Tuesday general session Nov. 11. During his keynote address, “The Art of Standing Out: Leveraging Remarkable Experiences and Experimentation to Create Brand Evangelism,” Estis will explore how organizations meet evolving consumer expectations.
