Integrated Dealer Systems’ (IDS) 2023 RV Industry Trends Report contains data insights, opinions from industry experts and best practices from RV dealers across North America.
Last year’s report detailed buyer demographic changes and their impact on dealerships.
The main theme covered in the 2023 report is new dealership management technology: How dealers can harness technology to speed up repair times, fill communication gaps and create a dealership experience that builds and sustains customer loyalty. Other topics in the report include changing RV buyer demographics, sales trends and opportunities and electric vehicle technology.
