Six months after Hector Flores was named the vice president and general manager of Lance Camper, Rev Group appointed new leadership to the RV manufacturer.
Eduardo Castano was promoted to be Lance Camper’s vice president and general manager. He joined the company in March 2023 as the director of operations.
Flores has been named the vice president and general manager of Rev Group’s ElDorado National Inc. (ENC), a heavy-duty transit bus manufacturer.
Like Flores, Castano worked at Horizon Global before joining Rev Group. Castano was a senior plant manager in Reynosa, Mexico, and McAllen, Texas. His oversight included production, safety, quality, engineering, program management, IT, HR, purchasing and materials.
Mike Lanciotti, Rev Recreation Group president, said: “Eduardo was the ideal choice to step into the Lance VP/GM role. He will utilize his extensive experience in manufacturing operations to improve operations, increase revenue, expand profits, and achieve overall business goals and objectives.”
Castano previously worked for Mahle Pistons and Sachs Automotive as plant manager and operations manager and was in the automotive industry for over 25 years.
Flores was Horizon Global’s vice president of global operations for Europe and South Africa before joining Lance Camper. Rev Group CEO Mark Skonieczny said Flores quickly made a mark with the company.
“In a very short time, Hector was able to make great strides at Lance Camper,” Skonieczny said, “and we look forward to him bringing his enthusiasm and relentless pursuit of manufacturing excellence to ENC.”
