Rev Group, Inc. said its subsidiary Rev Group International, Inc. completed the previously announced sale of Rev Brazil to Aetreum Holdings, effective Aug. 2, 2021.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
After the transaction is completed, Rev Group, Inc. said it and Rev International, Inc. no longer will hold manufacturing or other operations in Brazil.
