Rev Recreation Group launched a dealer network sales enablement tool.
The tool provides dealers and sales reps immediate access to product information, training courses and materials for the manufacturer’s American Coach, Fleetwood RV and Holiday Rambler brands.
“This new platform is an easy-to-use and efficient resource that aggregates all of our product information and training and education programs in a single location,” said Mike Grove, sales trainer for Rev Recreation Group. “We successfully piloted the tool in January and February and have been rolling it out to our entire dealer network.”
Content includes product videos, floorplans and specs, the top 10 features of each model and factory training videos.
Rev Recreation Group stated the tool offers several advantages for sales representatives working with customers. A filter function quickly locates details on a specific model or floorplan. Model information can be shared with customers via text or email. Information also can be downloaded in advance.
The sales enablement tool also includes training courses for each brand. The curriculum includes four video courses and knowledge checks that take about 15 minutes to complete. Once a sales representative has completed a product curriculum, they are identified as factory certified, Rev Recreation Group stated, and will receive a certificate in their email.
