The RV News staff has been on the road this week to judge new RVs and determine our RV of the Year award winners.
Visiting manufacturers who personally invited staff to judge new models and floorplans for our awards, the staff has been to Indiana cities including Elkhart, Bristol, Middlebury, Millersburg, Shipshewana, LaGrange and Waukarusa. Numerous new RVs will feature unique features and functions in the 2022 model year.
Last year, RV News feted RVs in categories including motorized, travel trailer and fifth wheels. Stiff competition again is expected as creative designers and engineers navigated supply-chain challenges to produce vehicles meeting new and shifting consumer needs.
In addition, RV News met with its new Touchdown Jesus subject. The feature has become an annual tradition. This year’s recipient, chosen by last year’s subject, will be unveiled in the November RV News magazine issue.
