The RV Technician Association of America (RVTAA) and the National RV Inspectors Association (NRVIA) appointed Destiny Rounsavall as the new executive assistant to Director of Associations Shenika Lyons.
Rounsavall joined the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) in May 2020, where she served as the billing coordinator. In her new role, Rounsavall will enhance member support, foster community engagement and streamline administrative operations.
Lyons said Rounsavall’s passion for service, attention to detail and positive attitude will strengthen the associations.
“As RVTAA and NRVIA continue to grow, we needed someone with energy, heart and a genuine desire to make things better,” Lyons said. “Destiny brings all of that and more.”
Rounsavall said transitioning into her new role has been an exciting next step, and she’s grateful to continue growing with her new team.
She said, “I look forward to contributing in new ways and supporting our members every step of the way.”
