From March 3-9, RV Fixed Operations Certification Week will be in full swing as the Society of Certified RV Professionals, RV Technical Institute (RVTI) and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center combine forces.
The week provides technicians with opportunities to become certified in various areas.
RVTI President and RVIA Senior Vice President Curt Hemmeler said, “Certification Week is a great time to recognize the men and women who have already achieved industry certification while encouraging newer hires to pursue professional development opportunities.”
Fixed operations professionals working in RV service, parts and warranty administration can become certified as parts managers, parts specialists, service writers/advisors, service managers and warranty administrators. Certifications are achieved through the RV Learning Center’s parts and service management certification programs.
RVTI provides Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 training and certification programs for technicians online and at its Elkhart training center.
Those who become certified during the designated week earn a free one-year subscription to RV Fixed Operations Today, an online resource for RV fixed operations.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “As the curriculum developed by the RV Learning Center and RVTI continues to grow, training and certification programs for fixed operations professionals has never been more accessible or affordable.”
