The Mike Molino RV Learning Center is providing warranty administrators with certification resources. The RV Learning Center added a warranty administrator online course to its content.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “Warranty administration can be one of the most challenging jobs in any dealership. This training from the RV Learning Center not only prepares the students for certification, but it also helps them be ready to help customers understand warranty repairs and keep them satisfied with the service they receive.”
The program focuses on processing and closing repair orders and emphasizing customer service. The course provides training on RV repair orders, handling warranty claims, managing payments, maintaining customer and manufacturer/supplier relations and checking in new RVs.
The course is interactive, featuring audio voice-overs and progress checks. The program takes about five hours to complete.
Students who enroll by Nov. 30 have until Dec. 31 to complete the course.
