In conjunction with the Mike Molino RV Learning Center’s new warranty administrator online course, the RVDA now provides warranty personnel with a readiness test.
Students can access the test through the RV Fixed Operations Today mobile app. The readiness test correlates with job-specific skills covered in the warranty administrator course.
The RV Fixed Operations Today mobile is available in Apple and Google Play stores. Upon downloading the app, students will receive five free tests, normally costing $25 each.
Readiness tests are also available to service writers/advisors, service managers and parts managers/specialists. The practice tests unveil potential knowledge gaps to gauge training and certification preparedness.
Students may also visit the RV Fixed Operations website to explore resources available with a $49.95 one-year subscription.
