RV on Call LLC, a North Carolina-based mobile RV repair business, was honored by a local business publication.
The mobile repair company earned the 2023 Southern States Business Award for Best Mobile Service Provider & Community from New World Report.
RV on Call won the award for the second year in a row.
RV on Call owner and CEO Pete Sullivan said, “We are honored to receive this award once again. Our company is highly customer-focused and continues to evolve operations to meet customer needs.”
RV on Call serves central North Carolina, including Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Raleigh, Durham, Fayetteville, Greenville and Wilmington. Additionally, the company has an online forum with membership benefits, a blog and RV and product sales listings.
New World Report has issued awards since 2015 in categories such as technology, professional services, automotive, energy and agriculture.
“This year we partnered with two mobile technicians to expand our coverage territory while maintaining consistent prices,” Sullivan said. “Even if we cannot ultimately help a customer, we always ensure the interaction is positive and ends with a quality referral.”
