Just over a year after breaking ground on property in Buda, Texas, RV Retailer conducted a grand opening of its exclusive Airstream of Austin store.
RV Retailer President and CEO Jon Ferrando said the new location will be a great store for years and decades to come.
“This is an incredible facility,” Ferrando said.
The 22-acre property includes a state-of-the-art showroom and 18 service bays, RV Retailer said. Ferrando said more than 200 customers, associates and Airstream partners attended the grand opening.
“Thank you to the Airstream leadership team; you are exceptional partners,” Ferrando said. “We also celebrated our associates, led by GM Brian Davis, recognizing all of the top performers at this store and how resilient and driven they were to thrive through the construction.”
RV Retailer’s previous Airstream location was the top Airstream Central Region travel-trailer seller for the past four years, the company said.
Ferrando also thanked the dealership’s leadership team, store team and associates who supported the company during its move to a new site.
The project is the first of two phases. The company will build two stand-alone facilities in the Austin market. Together the facilities will have over 50,000 square feet of sales and service space and 46 service bays, RV Retailer said.
