The RV Safety and Education Foundation (RVSEF) is hosting its RV Foundations Workshop on May 12-15 in Elkhart, Indiana, after a two-year delay.
The education seminars are scheduled at the RV Technical Institute with a six-course core class list and several optional classes for attendees to choose from. Core classes focus on an RV’s main systems — electrical, water and propane — in addition to driving safety, fire safety and RV weight and tire safety.
Optional classes range from RV appliances discussions to how to match a truck and trailer, full-time RV living, working on the road, systems maintenance and trailer suspension.
The weekend also offers behind-the-wheel training and wheel position weighing.
Enrollment is limited, and tuition is $195 per attendee. Register before March 14 and use code NLSPRING22 for a $20 discount. Registration is open at rvsafety.com/workshop/registration. Wheel positioning registration is also available at that site and costs an additional $60. CPR and AED Red Cross certifications are also offered at $70 per person.
