Five companies have added sessions to the Vendor Training +Plus opportunities at the 2020 RV Dealers Virtual Convention/Expo, each with a valued sponsor.

Coach-Net’s Shannon Boudreaux, client sales manager, will present “Enhancing the Roadside Experience.” Coach-Net’s roadside assistance and RV tire and wheel plans bring customers a carefree RVing experience. Boudreaux will talk what makes Coach-Net different from other providers, and learn how their tire and wheel program have redefined the industry standard.

Level 5 will present “Solve-A-Palooza: What’s on your Whiteboard?” with President Budd Blackburn and Todd Wilkins, CBO of Level 5. The workshop will examine how to overcome current challenges facing RV dealers today with innovative ideas and state-of-the-art technology and data powered solutions. Attendees will learn to solve challenges of low inventory, expensive video ads, cancelled show seasons, lead generation, prioritization, nurturing and creating an overall frictionless experience for customers.

A third session will discuss “How Premier Dealers Avoid Pitfalls and Maximize Wealth in Today’s Unpredictable World” presented by Brad Stanek, financial advisor and senior VP of The Stanek Group at Morgan Stanley. In the midst of “interesting” and unpredictable times politically, economically and socially, many people’s wealth is tied up in the dealership and real estate. Stanek will share how top dealers are protecting and growing their total wealth during these uncertain times and how they effectively handle key issues.

Motility Software Solutions will host “Master Productivity and Create Actionable Intelligence with DMS” presented by CEO Brad Rogers and Lance Zumwalt, director of sales. In this session, dealers will learn what uncertain times can mean for your business, procuring the right tools to help a dealership grow and the possibilities of remote deals.

A fifth session will detail “Enhancing RV Dealership Operations and Customer Experience” with Supra’s national sales director Scott Westfall and Kevin Walters, regional accounting manager for automotive. Attendees will learn how to manage and track keys as customer traffic increases, how to improve lot efficiency and customer service, ways to collect insights and drive actionable data and about Supra and TRACcess key management solutions.

Vendor Training +Plus sessions help dealership management increase profitability by staying current with the latest products and services available.
