Dealers will investigate F&I practices during Protective Asset Protection’s “Can We Climb Higher in F&I?” session at the RVDA Convention/Expo running Nov. 11-15 at Paris Las Vegas.
Protective Asset Protection Regional Vice President Paul Sheldon will lead the session at 3:15 p.m. on Nov. 13 as part of the convention’s business innovation education track.
Sheldon’s workshop will cover enhanced training techniques, new revenue opportunities and new finance tools. The session will provide attendees with new ways to think about their profession in addition to conducting a deep dive on how to educate consumers on products.
Learning objectives include:
- Recent industry information on product benefits in the current economic climate.
- A strategy to discover and use F&I revenue streams that may already exist in dealerships.
- Three steps to create a dealership culture that generates F& I process value.
Sheldon works with RV, marine and powersports dealers nationwide as an income development expert. He has worked in retail sales and the F&I industry. In 1991, he began a training and consulting company, providing dealership F&I, sales and customer service training.
