Exhibitor information is available for RVDA’s in-person education and networking event, scheduled Nov. 8-12 at Paris Las Vegas.
The association stated it is looking forward to welcoming back members to the 2021 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. The hybrid event will include a virtual platform, accessible to registered attendees Nov. 22 through Jan. 31, 2022.
“The excitement is building for the 2021 RV Dealers Convention/Expo,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said. “RVDA’s Convention/Expo Committee is putting together workshop content that will help the industry keep our momentum going into 2022 and beyond. We are extremely thankful to have the support of our terrific partners, sponsors and exhibitors and look forward to reconnecting with everyone in Las Vegas this November.”
RVDA stated Las Vegas is “easing restrictions” on large, in-person events, with plans to reopen fully by June 1. The association continues to monitor the situation and stated it will provide updates as the event draws closer.
The convention’s in-person portion will use a virtual platform to provide schedules and attendee guides. The platform will contain all partner, sponsor and exhibitor information, RVDA stated. Online exhibitor’s booths include a logo, company listing and booth location. Upgraded virtual booths enable exhibitors to interact with attendees through video, email and chat, schedule appointments and host product catalogs.
In addition to exhibiting, vendors can host Vendor Training +Plus sessions during the convention. The education sessions enable companies to present content and provide attendees with in-depth product or service information, case studies, educational demos and more.
“Exhibitors will be given the option to have either a paid Vendor Training +Plus workshop at the live event, or a paid on-demand version on the virtual platform,” RVDA noted, “or if they wish, they can do both to increase their reach and attendance for their workshop.”
