The on-demand portion of the RV Dealers Convention/Expo includes a series of new workshops covering new Dealer Management Software (DMS) functionality, in addition to previously announced content. The added sessions include:
- Workshops covering IDS leadership data insights and customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities.
- Workshops covering Lightspeed accounting, service management, and CRM capabilities.
RVDA of U.S. and RVDA of Canada members can access the on-demand content as a member service at www.rvda.org/convention through Jan. 31.
RVDA Convention/Expo attendees can use their convention credentials to login. RVDA members who did not attend can register in the convention web portal.
In addition to the educational opportunities, dealers have access to vendor booths featuring videos, catalogs, brochures, new products and promotions. Online networking opportunities are available, along with discussion boards and the ability to virtually interact with other attendees.
