Several longtime RV dealers will address pain points the industry faces during a roundtable discussion at the RVDA Convention/Expo on Nov. 11-15 at Paris Las Vegas.
Mike Regan of Crestview RV, Bill Koster of Protective, Ben Hirsch of Campers Inn, Chris Hoover of Ron Hoover RV & Marine and Bob Scholl of Rocky Mountain RV & Marine will lead sessions focused on inventory management, manufacturer relationships and customer expectations, in addition to employee recruitment, benefits, retention and hiring.
The discussions, free for dealer attendees, start at 10 a.m. Nov. 13. Objectives entail:
- The degree interest rates, older models, and speed of delivery, play in inventory management.
- How are dealers dealing with multiple floorplans, model years, quality of products and warranty work?
- Best practices used in employee recruitment, hiring, retention and benefits
- How can dealers improve their relationships with manufacturers?
RVDA, RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center sponsor the convention.
