The Mike Molino RV Learning Center extended the 2025-2026 Duane Spader Leadership Development Scholarship deadline to Sept. 27.
The original deadline to submit was Sept. 3.
The scholarship honors Duane Spader, former RVDA chairman and supporter of industry learning.
The award covers NCM Associates’ Leadership Development Program tuition for one recipient. The award grants recipients a $9,975 scholarship to attend the program.
Applicants must be U.S. RV dealership employees. The recipient will be responsible for travel expenses.
The program includes six three-day sessions. In between sessions, participants will apply what they learn at their dealership and track results through assignments and one-on-one sessions with their NCM coach.
Participant learning objectives include:
- Leading their organization’s culture and strategy
- Improving leadership and management effectiveness
- Coaching their team to higher performance
- Effectively understanding and managing each area of NCM’s North Star Model
- Hiring the best candidates for each position
- Delivering world-class customer service
- Assessing and improving their dealership’s organizational and financial health
The recipient will be revealed shortly after the deadline.
