Venture RV travel trailers earned the Quality Circle Award in the 30th annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey.
The manufacturer’s SportTrek, SportTrek Touring and Stratus towables received the accolade.
Venture RV Vice President of Sales and Marketing Marlene Snyder said, “We are honored that we won the DSI award for the SportTrek, SportTrek Touring and Stratus. We continually foster quality, care and commitment in our plants and people. It reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team.”
RVDA compiled responses from 585 dealers nationwide who participated in the DSI survey. The evaluation measured manufacturers’ performance with quality/reliability, parts, sales and warranty. Winning brands received a score of 4.25 or higher from a five-point scale.
