Ryan Estis, best-selling author, will deliver the keynote speech at the 2025 RVDA Convention/Expo.
Estis’ speech will occur during the Nov. 11 general session. Estis was the chief revenue officer for McCann Worldgroup, part of the Interpublic Group, a Fortune 500 company.
Estis’ speech, “The Art of Standing Out: Leveraging Remarkable Experiences and Experimentation to Create Brand Evangelism,” will show how top companies meet changing customer needs by uniting employees around a shared purpose and empowering them to deliver great results.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said attendees will gain a fresh understanding of how putting customers at the center of business strategy can profoundly impact dealership performance.
Estis is the author of “Prepare for Impact” and founding partner of ImpactEleven, a training platform for professional speakers. His human-centered business philosophy teaches the key to meaningful results lies in elevating people to their highest potential.
His expertise includes advisory work for companies including Mayo Clinic, Mastercard, the NBA, Pfizer, IBM, Deloitte, McKesson, CVS and State Farm Insurance.
The annual RVDA Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 10-14 at Paris Las Vegas. The event is sponsored by RVDA, RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
