RVDA is collecting James B. Summers (JBS) award nominations.
The award is named in honor of the association’s former executive vice president and CEO. The 2023 award recipient will be announced and recognized at RVDA’s Convention/Expo, Nov. 6-10 at Paris Las Vegas.
The JBS award is RVDA’s highest honor and recognizes an individual who has made frequent and distinguished contributions to RVDA and its members.
Eligible nominees should have served RVDA for at least five years. The nomination should include a written narrative that explains an individual’s contributions to the association and make compelling case for why the individual deserves to be selected.
The late Jim Summers worked on behalf of dealers throughout his RVDA career and into his retirement, the association said. He was the first to receive the award in 1986.
Nominations can be made by clicking here, downloading the PDF form, filling it out and emailing it to Julianne Ryder at [email protected].
