RVDA’s Leadership Development Course will feature Pollack Peacebuilding Systems’ Sara Jeckovich. Jekovich’s “Giving Feedback” course will run from 8 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Nov. 12 at the RVDA Convention/Expo at the Paris Las Vegas.
Jeckovich will instruct on providing peaceful and effective feedback on topics such as challenging ideas and behavior/language. She will advise on initiating difficult conversations, increasing rapport/collaboration, setting clear expectations and holding people accountable.
The course will include real-life examples, discussion and roleplay activities.
Jeckovich has worked with individuals and teams in numerous industries to enhance communication skills and efficiency.
The session has a $124 fee, in addition to the RVDA Convention/Expo registration cost. The class is limited to 50 attendees. To register, click here.
