A workshop titled “Is Your Online Destination Fully Reflecting Your Business as a Whole?” is slated for 9:30 a.m. Nov. 12, during the RVDA Convention/Expo. The session is part of the business innovation education track.

Interact RV Director of Sales Aubrey Amborn and Jennet Lewis, director of sales for West Zone at NTP-Stag, will instruct attendees about aftermarket support and service. The goal is to provide dealers with a better understanding of using website components to improve shoppers’ online browsing experiences.

Learning objectives for the seminar comprise:

  • Ways a dealership website can reflect the physical storefront and services.
  • Why service and aftermarket opportunities may require as much focus as inventory.
  • Which components of dealer websites may be underutilized.

RVDA, RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center sponsor the convention, scheduled for Nov. 11-15 at Paris Las Vegas.
