RVDA dealer members told the association they needed a source to answer questions about managing operations. RVDA responded by launching the RVDA Help Desk & Solution Center.
The resource supplies dealers with information on various RV-industry-related topics, including:
- RVDA member benefits/services
- Manufacturer and supplier questions
- Human resources-related questions
- Information on dealer compliance obligations
- Dealer-related insurance questions
- Consumer dispute resolution
- Industry/RV consumer data
- Dealership operations
Member inquiries are confidential. Dealers may submit a digital contact form through the RVDA website. Dealers can also email [email protected] or call 703-591-7130 ext. 113 for additional information.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “Thanks to the support of the RVDA Board of Directors who approved and funded this new program, the association will collaborate with Better Vantage Point to help troubleshoot commonly asked questions and help with many operational and compliance issues.”
Better Vantage Point is an RVDA-endorsed provider who specializes in risk mitigation; compliance and audit solutions; and dispute resolution. RVDA will send complex business-related cases to Better Vantage Point. The third-party provider will contact the dealer and provide customized support, free of charge, for up to one hour. The provider offers free consultations and consulting packages start at $800 per month.
