Author and leadership coach Nathan Jamail is set to deliver the keynote presentation at the 2021 RV Dealers Convention/Expo’s opening general session Nov. 9.
The in-person event is slated for Nov. 8-12 at Paris Las Vegas, bringing dealers, manufacturers and RV industry businesses to RVDA’s annual education and networking event.
The association stated Jamail has written and published four best-selling books, including his most recent, Serve Up & Coach Down. His keynote speech, entitled “Coaching Your Teams to Excellence,” will spotlight employee commitment, business discipline and practices, improving skills, accountability and difficult conversations, building “the bench” and increasing results more than 50%.
The RVDA Convention/Expo staff and committee are putting together the rest of the educational content and speakers for the event.
The event is sponsored by RVDA, the National RV Dealers Association, RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. Those interested can register for the expo here.
