Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT) is the focus in several educational workshops offered through the RV Dealers Virtual Convention/Expo.
On-demand sessions covering the topic will demonstrate how RECT can improve, including through better management processes and customer communication.
“These convention/expo sessions offer a convenient and cost-effective way for dealers to provide continuing education to their fixed operations team members who are on the front lines in dealing with RECT,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia stated. “The sessions can be accessed 24/7 and focus on some of the top customer service issues facing RV dealership personnel, so they’re valuable for anyone working in parts and service management.”
In addition, some sessions will grant fixed operations professionals with Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits that can be applied to recertification offered through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
