The RVDA Board of Directors approved holding the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo at Paris Las Vegas. The 2026 event was previously set to be held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
RVDA said Paris Las Vegas will offer more exhibit space and competitive room rates at Paris and the nearby Horseshoe hotel.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “Paris has consistently delivered a great experience for dealers and exhibitors, and the additional space will provide greater capacity as the association plans for the move to the larger Caesars Forum convention center in 2027.”
Paris Las Vegas hosted the 2021 Convention/Expo after the pandemic forced the cancellation of the 2020 event. The show moved to Caesars Palace in 2022 before returning to Paris Las Vegas in 2023 and 2024.
The 2025 Convention/Expo will be held Nov. 10-14. The 2026 Convention/Expo will be held Nov. 9-13.
The 2027 Convention/Expo will be held Nov. 8-12 at Caesars Entertainment’s The Forum, Las Vegas. The event will be RVDA’s first trip to Caesars Forum, a larger event center opened in late 2020. The event center hosted the NTP-Stag aftermarket distributors show in January 2022.
RVDA had a record crowd of over 1,800 attendees at the Caesars Palace convention hall in 2022, but attendees noted the cramped and overcrowded spaces at the hotel convention center. RVDA’s board explored additional options, including the move to Caesars Forum, to provide additional space for larger crowds. Since 2022, the Convention/Expo registered 1,645 attendees in 2023 and 1,704 attendees in 2024.
The annual RV Dealers Convention/Expo brings together dealers, manufacturers, suppliers and RV industry business partners for the premier dealer education and networking event. The RV Dealers Convention/Expo is presented by RVDA, RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
