As the RVIA Leadership Conference nears, organizers revealed CEO panel participants.
The panel was among the most discussed sessions during the 2023 Leadership Conference, RVIA said.
This year, panelists include Grand Design RV President and CEO Don Clark, Blue Compass RV President and CEO Jon Ferrando and Thetford/Norcold Executive Vice President Mary Pouliot.
RVIA President and CEO Craig Kirby will moderate the session.
Panelists will provide their unique perspective on developing their own leadership style and using it to build brands that have earned loyal customers. RVIA said panelists will discuss what they wish they knew earlier in their careers and how they use these lessons to identify, support and nurture future company leaders.
The RVIA Leadership Conference will be held March 5-7, 2024, in Bonita Springs, Florida.
RVIA said the event is designed to help nurture talent, provide a space to develop a deeper understanding of critical industry issues and connect with the next generation of leaders in the RV industry.
