As regulations on Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) tighten across the U.S. and globally, RV industry businesses are facing growing pressure to stay informed and adapt.

RVIA will offer “Overview and Impact of PFAS Regulations,” a webinar to guide industry professionals through the association’s new PFAS Frequently Asked Questions document.

The webinar will be Tuesday, April 29, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. ET. It will be led by RVIA senior manager of state affairs Sophie de la Torre, association legislative associate Gianna Dinnini and RVIA manager of regulatory affairs Bill Erny.

The Government Affairs team will discuss what RV industry professionals need to know about PFAS legislation at the federal, state and Canadian levels.

The team will discuss topics including PFAS state bans, how regulations will affect importers and suppliers, how to comply with Canada’s PFAS reporting requirements, and how to make necessary changes.
