RVIA members are invited to gain a “clearer understanding” of new RVers’ motivations, attitudes, behaviors and future travel plans in an upcoming webinar.
The webinar is scheduled at 1:30 p.m. EST May 26. Participants will hear the good and “not so good” things new RV travelers are saying about their past year’s experiences. The goal is to better understand how to keep new customers in the industry, RVIA stated.
The association’s senior director of membership and research, Bill Baker, will lead the discussion with Scott Bahr of Cairn Consulting. The firm conducted a survey of new RVers who purchased units since April 2020.
