Rosie Hirsch, owner of manufacturer sales representative agency RV Lifestyle Inc., announces the sale of the business effective Oct. 30, 2019. The new owners are Reese Bischoff, formerly national RV sales manager for Power Products, and Sheldon Sterling, owner of the S. Sterling Co., a leading RV OEM manufacturer’s sales rep agency based in Peachtree City, Georgia.
Hirsch will remain with RVLI as a co-manager, alongside Bischoff, through 2020 at which time she will remain in a consultancy capacity.
“Rosie has been a leading force in the RV aftermarket sales industry, after starting her business in 2001. I have worked with Rosie… for nearly 12 years, and have always been impressed with her professionalism, integrity and passion for the business,” RVLI Co-Owner Reese Bischoff says. “We will continue to build upon the foundation that Rosie has created with a focus on continuous improvement, expansion of our sales team and enhancing our portfolio of leading suppliers to the RV Industry.”
Hirsch says, “After much reflection and consideration, I realized Reese and Sheldon were the perfect partners to continue to build on what RVLI has created throughout the years. This collaboration provides RVLI with a cohesive and stronger sales team, and deep knowledge of other markets which are already showing strong growth opportunities for the company. Our suppliers have been extremely supportive, and personally, it means a lot to me.”
The company headquarters will soon be relocating from Camarillo, California, to Peachtree City, Georgia.
“Both RVLI and the S. Sterling Co. will run as separate businesses, however, this unique and synergistic partnership will provide us a platform to leverage our knowledge base in the OEM and aftermarket channels,” Bischoff says. “This will provide our vendors and customers with the tools, expertise and guidance to grow their respective businesses.”
